Spring Campout 2019

Hello Pack 33,

Just a reminder we are 4 weeks away from an exciting weekend at Cedarville State Forest!

We have just 5 families signed up and I know many more of you plan to attend, so please sign up today and pick a volunteer role to help the pack go

I also wanted to share this Spring Campout the Peterson’s will be out of town, and Matt Rhoads is stepping up to be week off / onsite coordinator. You’ll get all your reminders and instructions from me, then I’ll hand things off to Matt in the days leading up to the 13th. Matt's on CC on this email and all going forward.

All the details you need to know can be found in my original email below.

When you RSVP please consider volunteering for a role and join in the fun of making Pack 33 campouts such a great time for all our scouts and families.

Consent and Health Forms: A quick reminder, especially for our new scouts, BSA requires a consent form (Form A) and health history (Form B) accompany everyone participating in the campout. Many of you have already submitted a health history for this Scouting year, but a consent form for this specific event will still need to be turned in. Also, if you are going to summer camp this year, remember you will also need to complete and turn in a Pre-Participation Physical (Form C) which must be completed by your child’s doctor. Adults attending summer camp also require Forms A – C. While not needed for the spring campout, it’s a good time to get an appointment and get your Form C completed. All three forms are attached and more information is available here:
